We were involved in the first public private partnership (PPP) project financing in the Middle East.
- A US$12bn project financing with a tenor of 25 years. The project was financed by three local financial institutions in the region and won awards globally. These include the Euromoney ‘Islamic Project Finance Deal of the Year’ and the ‘Middle East and Africa Infra Deal of the Year’.
- A US$3.5bn Sharia’a compliant financing arrangement extended to an international telecommunications company in the Middle East.
Trade Finance
DDCAP is proactive in supporting its global customers with their trade financing business. We act as an intermediary for global providers of supply chain and trade receivable financing products.
- We assisted a US based multinational corporation in expanding its business in Saudi Arabia through Sharia’a compliant structures.
- We are an asset facilitator to several structured trade financing portfolios managed by a North American fund manager.
